Very Clean, Well-kept Coach, Have All Original Manuals, Books and maintenance logs going back to 2002 We are the third owners [second in the same family since 2002], and sad to have to list her to go. We just do not have the need and don't use her often enough to justify keeping her. While currently in Northeastern NC [Near VA Beach}, this coach spent its life in Arizona and stored indoors when not in use [except for the last 4 years in NC]. There's still a bit of sun damage to the decals, though.
Just had the roof resealed/caulked by a professional RV company in November 2024. Same Company sealed and caulked the roof in 2020. So no leaks!
She's 30 years old and in great shape. We fixed whatever issues pop up, as they do in these things and kept a log of everything done. She's not perfect and does have a few quirks as one would expect. Nothing serious.

Many positives and a couple of negatives:
Tires are aged. The tire dealer says they are in great shape and good for another year until the next inspection. But Max time is 10 years, and they will be 8 this coming year.
Dash Heat - It has always been negligible heat up front. We gave up trying to figure it out a decade ago.
Driver/Passenger power window motors are weak. They need assistance raising them back up.
Cruise Control works, but it's currently disconnected. It interferes with the throttle position enough to prevent the PAC Brake from working. The PAC Brake is more important for its function than the cruise control. Easy to reconnect if you really want it.
The thermostat on the basement freezer is stuck at roughly 12 degrees. Weird, I know, but a replacement T-Stat doesn't seem to exist. So, either live with it or replace the whole unit.
